Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 10am.

4 people for £100 a night during low season and £120 per night during high season. We can also accomodate a 5th person, under 16 years old, for a small additional charge of £20 per night.

It is set within a private woodland with a shower and toilet cabin on site. There is also a communal kitchen (known as the wool shack) with a fridge, hob, microwave and a boiling water tap. There is also the ‘old sheep shed’ where you can eat undercover or just enjoy relaxing around the log burner with a cuppa.
 
Each tent has it’s own private firepit for cooking over and there is also a large, communal firepit for catching up with other campers, or to just relax around and enjoy a simpler way of life. Each tent has its own bistro-style table and chairs (for 4 people) to enjoy outdoor dining. On arrival, you’ll also find a basket full of wood within each tent .

No – it is a working farm so unfortunately, no other animals are allowed here.

Yes, we welcome families and offer a designated den building area and rope swings for children to play on.

We provide accomodation and bedding (for 1 double bed and two single campbeds). Each tent has its own picnic basket containing 4 x plates, bowls, cups, glasses, mugs, cutlery, a bottle opener and utensils for cooking over the firepit. Please bring clothing and footwear (suitable for all conditions), food, toiletries and anything extra that you would like to bring along with you. Please also remember to pack towels as these aren’t provided.

We supply bed linen but please remember to pack your own towels.

In the ‘wool shack communal kitchen’ you’ll find a microwave for heating up food and also a hob. Cooking is recommended over your own private, outdoor firepit.

Yes, there’s a large communal fridge located in the ‘wool shack communal kitchen.’ There are also individual mini-fridges in each of the tents.

No – fire pits are provided to cook over so no bbqs, gas bbqs, fireworks or candles. Fire lighters and matches for firepits can be bought on site

There is no smoking or vaping allowed anywhere on site.

There is electricity in the toilet & shower cabin, as well as in the wool shack and old sheep shed. There is also electricity for phone charging within each tent.

Yes, one additional guest can stay at an extra charge of £20. There is a maximum of 5 people in each tent.

We do not permit hen and stag parties as it is a quiet woodland site. The owner must be contacted in advance of placing a booking.

No there are no tent pitches available on site. Guests are only permitted to stay in the accommodation provided. 

Within the woodland, children will find a den building area, zip wire as well as rope swings for fun and enjoyment.

Due to our rural location and in the interest of site security, we do not permit food deliveries to the woodland. There are plenty of well stocked shops in Market Harborough, which is only a 10minute drive away, or a convenient M&S garage only a 5minutes drive away.
